Yoga is fun, challenging, heartfelt, and hot.
We are devoted to the flow on the mat and in life. Each class is a playful exploration of mind, body, and spirit. In the studio, expect to have fun and work hard as the tensions of urban living fade further and further away.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
In our Power Vinyasa classes, expect to find strength and fluidity through a strong, breath-driven flow. This all-levels practice cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Power Vinyasa classes feature an upbeat soundtrack, challenging sequences, heartfelt messages, and a sense of humor to inspire us as we move off of our mat and into the world. Power Yoga classes are heated to 95-105 degrees.
Power Vinyasa (Unheated)
Our unheated Power Vinyasa classes are designed for the student to build their own heat via breath work and intense physical awareness. We will focus on learning the breathing exercises, yoga postures, and yogic philosophy through mindful movement. This all-levels practice cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Power Vinyasa classes feature an upbeat soundtrack, challenging sequences, heartfelt messages, and a sense of humor to inspire us as we move off of our mat and into the world. Power Yoga classes are ambient temperature; 74 – 80 degrees.
Hot Hatha Yoga
Hot Hatha classes are for those who believe slow and steady wins the race. Moving mindfully through a series of postures, Hot Hatha classes feature more standing and balancing poses with longer holds than a Power Vinyasa class. This practice builds lower body strength, a strong foundation for balance, and overall increased flexibility. Though the pace is great for those newer to yoga, expect a challenge at any experience level. Hot Hatha Yoga classes are heated around 100 F.
Slow Flow Vinyasa and Slow Flow Detox
Our Slow Flow Vinyasa pairs breath and mindful movement to cultivate strength, flexibility, and grace. The slower pace offers creative sequencing and challenging postures similar to a Power class, but with a little more room to breathe and build strength. We’ll take the heat down a little too, but be prepared to sweat as your body warms from the inside out. Need a little more wringing out? Our Slow Flow Detox features deep twists and nourishing postures designed to rinse the spine and flush out toxins through a focused, breath-driven flow. Slow Flow classes are heated to 85-95 degrees.
Restore & Refresh Yoga (Unheated)
Within our 60-minute Yin class, we offer the experience of profound relaxation to strengthen and heal your connective tissues. Yin Yoga provides a balance to the pace of modern living, restoring your natural energy. Yin poses apply static, gentle pressure in long holds to build fluidity and elasticity throughout your connective tissues. Through the class we have weaved together a variety of ancient techniques to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Yin is an integrated practice for whole-body health with tools you can take with you off the mat and into your daily life, including: cultivating sustainable energy, increasing your sense of calm, happiness, and profound relaxation. This class is unheated.
