Nina has over 20 years of experience in yoga & fitness, specializing in body awareness, anatomy, and inversions. Growing up, Nina participated in gymnastics & played several sports, which taught her how to connect with her body on a deeper level.
After reconstructive knee surgery in 2014, Nina began taking yoga classes to aid in recovery. She quickly found yoga as a way to not only rebuild her strength, but also alleviate stress and anxiety. Shortly after, Nina became a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, and has spent the last 5 years taking trainings & courses from amazing teachers around the world to understand the body even more.
