What is Reiki?

This holistic system aligns your energy, heals your body by strengthening and balancing your immune system, and increases your stamina and vitality.

How do I prepare for my session?

Dress warm and comfortably; you will stay clothed.

What occurs at a typical Reiki session?

Reiki is a natural, gentle and safe technique for healing. Hands are gently placed on the body in specific places and held for a few minutes. You may feel heat, cold or tingling as energy flows through your body.  Usually you will feel very relaxed and peaceful.  A typical Reiki session lasts for about an hour.  Following the session you may feel recharged, refreshed, uplifted, light, calm and/or connected.  Reiki continues to integrate 24 to 48 hours following a treatment and drinking plenty of water is recommended.
